Latest update for patients - June 2020
Following on from our previous update we are now planning a phased return to work from 8th July.
Both the practice and our team will look a little different but it is all in the interests of ongoing safety.
While we hope that our telephone triaging system has provided you with the necessary support during these unprecedented times, we have been planning how to re-open and operate safely going forward. This includes appropriate operating procedures and protective equipment that will ensure the safety of both patients and staff.
While we can understand that some of you may wish to restart treatment as soon as possible, we ask that you not attend the surgery without an appointment. We have a record of all patients who required urgent help during lockdown and these patients will, necessarily, be seen as a priority. For those patients who have had to reschedule routine appointments, or are midway through a treatment plan, we will contact you in due course to reschedule.
While your patient journey will be a little different, you can expect the same excellent standard of care that you have come to expect from the team at St Andrews. Our team will be able to explain everything to you on your arrival, answer any questions you might have and will help to reassure you and put you at ease. We are looking forward to welcoming back all our wonderful patients.
If you have any questions contact the practice on 01482 225689.
Finally, in the interests of safety we ask once again, please do not attend the surgery without a pre-arranged appointment.
