Hi, I'm Dr Joe Rawcliffe BDS
GDC Number 55381. Here is a little about me
“Making someone proud of their smile is important to me!”
I have maintained my knowledge and skills through regular and ongoing professional development; including a year long course in all aspects of restorative dentistry under Paul Tipton, one of the countrys foremost dental surgeons, at the St Anne’s Academy Institute in Manchester. I have completed a diploma in Implantology at St Anne’s in October 2007. In October 2007 I completed a week long internship at Florida University in the facial pain centre under Dr Henry Gremillion. In 2012 I introduced the revolutionary Inman Aligner rapid tooth straightening system which can change your smile in as little as 6 weeks! In 2013 I introduced Six Month Smiles to complement the Inman Aligner which addresses more complex cases.
My hobbies include-
Music, I play a number of musical instruments including guitar, bass guitar, guitar synthesizer, harp and low whistle. I play in a ceilidh band and we are available for private functions. I also run a church music group and set psalms to music in a contemporary style.I enjoy sketching, painting and sculpturing in stone. I have a keen interest in science and update my knowledge on a weekly basis.
